I am currently a Clinical Pharmacist but earnestly desiring to switch careers to the Tech space which has led me to take up some courses in the field. I recently graduated from Digital Witch Support Academy where I learnt many On-demand IT skills and how to use different types of software such as communication tools: MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Loom, Vocaroo, Slack, etc; CRMs: HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom; Workflow tools: Asana, Monday.com, Clickup, Zapier, Trello; Appointment setting & scheduling tools: Picktime, Calendly, Acuity; as well as Google Suites, Cloud-based storage devices (Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive) & Email Management. Furthermore, I am currently a student with ALX majoring in Virtual Assistance. I am also learning some other new skills, Graphic Designing using Canva and I enrolled for a Cloud Computing Class that will start last week in August.
As a pharmacist, I attend to patients, answer their medication-related queries, counsel them appropriately and interact courteously with doctors, making productive interventions in their prescriptions. Earlier in my career, I worked with a pharmaceutical company as a Market Development Executive, detailing their hard-sell drugs to doctors. I strongly believe that the skills I acquired in these roles: excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, selling skills, etc., can be successfully transfered to Support, Service and Sales roles.
I am humble, teachable and a lifelong learner, hardworking, self-motivated, determined, focused, can work independently, manage time well and multitask effectively.
