Having worked as a sales representative and customer service person for over six years with several pieces of training both offline and online, everything about sales is my passion. Hitting my quota and seeing my customer satisfied brings me fulfillment.

I am proficient in the use of Google Suite, HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, Vici dial, and other CRM tools. I make use of the best software tools to ensure swift delivery of the task. I have been able to use my sales skills of negotiation, up-selling, cross-selling, and customer retention to exceed my sales quota back to back.

I am proactive and a real problem solver. I like to build a routine or a process and work around it and through my years of experience, I have developed excellent customer service skills and rapport building.
