As a graduate with a knowledge and passion in business and loves helping others, I developed interest in customer service and sales, and it motivated me to upskill myself in more learning. As a customer service representative who has also performed the functions of a sales representative, my major responsibility is to actively listen and Identify my customers pain point or needs, process and understand their pain and provide a befitting solution for them. I help maintain an effective communication between our company and our customers, prioritise and effectively manage time, I have good knowledge of CRMs such as slack, fresh desk, zoho etc. I also help generate leads and convert them. I also have an in depth knowledge of our products and services.
