I had an experience as a claims specialist for 6 years on Medicaid, Medicare members and Obama Care plans, in which I process claims and other healthcare needs to our clients, then I was able to get a another job in a back office company as a Verifier in a financial remittance company for 6 months, which I process emails to our clients and outbound calls after that job I worked with Automobile insurance for 10 months which I do claims and back office for our client. I also worked in a Home Insurance company as a claims specialist to assist our consumers on their claims for 8 months.
For the past 9 years, I have been working on my career from a customer service representative to a claims specialist and now as a virtual legal assistant. My recent job was at a law firm where I gained valuable experience in personal injury and automobile accident cases that helped me boost my credentials and showcase my talent.
