As a BS Psychology graduate, I also have a good level of knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office and Google Docs as it is the tool that we use for documenting case analysis.
Communicating with various people as a call center agent taught me how to articulate myself well and how to deliver the information in a dynamic situation. During my time with Amazon as a customer service associate, I was able to quickly learn and later on became one of their top performers for a month even though I was new to that type of job.
Currently I'm working for Apex Alliance/TCC Brands as a product analysis/researcher. Its a detail oriented type of job as it needed to analyze the product's data to determine if it would sell or not.
