I am a dedicated and hardworking professional with a background in retail, human resources, and business management. Currently, I work at Wickes in Glasgow, where I have developed strong customer service and teamwork skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Interacting with customers daily has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work collaboratively with colleagues to meet store objectives.

Before moving to the UK, I worked as a Human Resource Officer at Kenya Pipeline Company for two and a half years. In this role, I handled key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. I was responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while also working to create a positive and productive work environment for employees. This experience gave me valuable insights into workforce management and strengthened my ability to handle workplace challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Academically, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Currently, I am furthering my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in International Business Management at Glasgow Caledonian University. My studies are expanding my knowledge of global business operations, leadership strategies, and cross-cultural management, which I believe will be valuable in today’s dynamic job market.
