I have worked as an advertising deskman for 15 years, and I handled negotiations in sales and marketing, before I became a Customer support professional. As such, I have dealt in tech-support, benefit, claims and financial support also as a fraud and scams officer. I am also knowledgeable in graphic content production since I have worked as a graphic artist and although platforms have changed, marketing, research and information content are still very similar. I have a very good handle on the English language and I am detail oriented to ensure the quality of my work.
