Responsible for conducting training sessions on the operation of telecom equipment such
as PABX, Keyphones, PC based Telex Machines, etc. at the customer premises.
Handling of customer complaints:
Which includes dealing with customer queries and complaints, assessing and analyzing
their complaints and dispatching their request over to various engineering department for
investigation. Replying in writing to the customers based on the findings of the
