My work in Etisalat (local telecom operator in United Arab Emirates) has provided me with the opportunity to learn data entry and become proficient in it.

I also had the opportunity to become a customer trainer in the field of pabx phones and keyphones as well as telematics telex machines.

 I also had the opportunity of receiving customer complaints and forwarding their issues with respective departments. Whether it be with telephone lines, bills or mobile coverage.

It exposed me to the field of sales : either equipment or providing telephone, adsl, elife , businessone lines. Be it sales of Apple iphones, their activation, or sales of blackberry devices and providing them service on their existing devices, sale of smartphones as Samsung Galaxy S1/2/3/4/5/6 or Wifi modems, Data based usb devices, Tablets such as Samsung the 10 inch or the 7 inch models. Or providing assistance in sales of prepaid recharge cards.
