I have been dedicate working in Application Support and Infrastructure Network security. Since 7 years I just work on .net/python based application support .In Networking I have been work design ,deploy and configuration in multiple vendor security device .

Working on process based system(Ticketing Tools zendesk,Jira,Service Now etc).

I have given support globally more than 25000 user , UK/USA/AUS/IL/CANADA /JAPAN , dealing with customer ,finalize the requirement and give support end user .

I have used Microsoft office application , Office 365 support ,rather than this I am self motivated , can run team smoothly, manage and deliver on time .

I can ensure on thing If I am on your team team productivity will increase at least by 20% before what it was earlier .
