On my previous MSP remote support. My main responsibility is to design and implement Patch Maintenance for Windows Servers and Virtual Servers, Managed and Maintain BCDR functionality, Office365 Administrative Support, Manage, Maintain and Configure Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO modification and other roles and features), I can support windows and Mac Workstations.
