I began my career at the Transport Authority in 2019 as a Records Clerk. The five-year period I worked as a Records Clerk taught me to maintain absolute data accuracy and develop an organized document management system. The detailed work method I developed during this time became my essential skill for performing my present duties.

I have worked as an Accounting Technician since 2024, performing financial control duties and detailed reconciliation tasks. I maintain direct experience with all essential financial management operations. I perform monthly General Ledger bank account reconciliations while monitoring organizational accounts for unusual transactions and managing outstanding items. I track all unpresented bank deposits and handle stale-dated checks through prompt action. I work with the Bank Recon Unit Accountant to find solutions for all accounting discrepancies.

My main responsibility involves maintaining financial records that meet audit requirements. I help with external and quarterly audits through schedule preparation and immediate reporting of financial irregularities to the Finance Manager.

I oversee the Petty Cash system as one of my essential internal administrative control responsibilities. I approve all vouchers while maintaining fund security and process reimbursement requests efficiently to maintain ongoing cash availability. I help operations run smoothly through monthly stock inventory checks and stock request handling while delivering essential assistance to staff and customers through prompt query responses.

I dedicate myself entirely to finishing any assignment that I receive. I use strategic thinking to tackle every obstacle that comes my way. Video games serve as my hobby to develop my focus and problem-solving abilities through strategic thinking.
