During the last two and a half years I have conducted more than 100 SLC audits, with more than $2.5 m in findings. The clients that I worked directly with are Autodesk, Micro Focus / HP and Wind River and they are located in Australia, US and EMEA. Around 90% of the audit work has been remote style review, while for the rest of it physical travel to various locations in EMEA or US has been required. Senior Manager Sales Operations ● Adobe Systems Apr 2015 – Mar 2017 As Sr. Sales Operations Manager I was directly subordinated to the Director of Sales Operations and, in this role, I was responsible for coordinating the worldwide Sales Operations support activities at Adobe. I have grown and managed the global Sales Operations team consisting of 30 sales operations managers, team leads and specialists, who, as a team, were responsible for pipeline management, deal structure, reporting, quarterly business reviews, operations planning and strategic planning. Another important responsibility was to create and maintain collaborative lines of communication with Licensing Management & Enterprise Sales and Channel Sales teams in the region in support of customer queries. Manager License Compliance Support team ● Adobe Systems May 2010 – Apr 2015 The responsibility of the Manager of the License Management Support team was to coordinate the worldwide licensing support activities at Adobe. I was given the opportunity to manage and develop the support licensing team, growing it from 3 to 21 members in less than 3 years. The main responsibility of the License Management Manager was to manage the audit process from start to finish and to ensure that the team is delivering overall superior service and support to our internal customers. Manager Business Process and Systems, Supply Chain Operations ● Adobe Systems Jun 2008 – May 2010 The Business Process and Systems Manager role involves modelling, documenting, analyzing and designing business processes for Adobe’s Supply Chain Operations department, as well as overseeing the implementation of process improvements. In this role I was responsible for facilitating and leading the development of current and future Supply Chain processes and detailed procedures, recommending process changes to enhance operational excellence and minimize inefficiencies. Lean6Sigma Manager ● Genpact Mar 2007 – Jun 2008 In the role of Lean6Sigma Manager my responsibility was to help the company’s external customers (JohnsonDiversey and Honeywell) to improve their Accounts Payable processes. In this position, I was reporting to the VP of Quality and my main responsibility was to facilitate the development and implementation of significant process improvements for our customers. The Lean6Sigma projects developed and implemented for our customers were related to standardization of JohnsonDiversey accounts payable processes in EMEA and Value Stream Mapping exercise for Honeywell. The focus of these projects was to eliminate waste through the use of Lean principles and Six Sigma methods. I was also responsible for providing training to all staff on the methods and practices for improving processes, eliminating waste, improving customer service and adding profit to the bottom line. Global Order Fulfillment Intercompany Order Manager ● The Timken Company Dec 2003 – Mar 2007 As Global Order Fulfillment Manager I was responsible for managing the multi-channels order fulfillment for all Timken large bore bearing plants. In this role I was able to streamline and improve the order process from order capturing through fulfillment and settlement in a complex supply chain environment involving 6 ERP systems. Part of the improvements process was a Lean6Sigma Green Belt project which I successfully completed and helped the company reduce the intercompany order placement lead-time from 30 to 2 days. Logistics Manager – Pre-Production ● Rolem / Draexlmaier Group Mar 2003 – Dec 2003 The main responsibility as Logistics Manager was to coordinate the logistics activity for pre-production profit center, procuring raw goods (veneer and aluminum parts), liaising with production and overseeing shipments of finished goods to the main plant. One of the key objectives was to reduce the raw materials stock value from 4 to 3.5 m Eur in 6 months. Raw Materials Planner ● Rolem / Draexlmaier Group Aug 2000 – Mar 2003 As planner for raw materials, aluminum veneer and abrasives, I was working very closely with the manufacturing department to determine the resources necessary to meet the production schedule. I was also monitoring the scheduled deliveries from vendors and expedite materials from vendors when there were delays in delivery.
