I am backed with 2years and 1 month medical billing experience with WRS Health Services. I have handled different Behavioral Health clinics, facilities and professional claims. I was a site representative on which I do take care of claims creation, making sure that all the information are correct on the HCFA 1500 form, starting with patients demographics up to the diagnosis codes and CPT codes. I do Aging Report, I make follow ups to insurances for the claims we had submitted, always making sure that claims will get paid. Posting Payments and submit reports to the client. Open communication with my providers/doctors for claim processing. I have been a customer service representative in a BPO company for 5 years and I have been one of the top agents since my nesting period, we are providing services to a medical insurance Anthem Blue Cross of California. I was a Real Estate agent for 8 months, I’ve been taking incoming calls from aspiring tenants inquiring about the property, replying to clients email and scheduling for the house viewing/showing. I’ve been a customer service representative for 2 years in a US based sales campaign on which I was taking calls for sales and complaints. I have been a bank employee for 1 year and 3 months, I was a loan processor when I was hired and was promoted to New Accounts Clerk/Filing Clerk/Records Clerk.I have been through a lot of contractual employment since I was on college. 

I have been in a homebased job for almost 5 years. I’ve been in a graveyard shift for almost 10 years now.
