I have nearly four years experience as a customer liaison for the company I currently work in. I spend a large majority of my work day planning, scheduling, creating, and putting out day-to-day fires in the workplace. I am known as the employee that will "handle it, with a smile" when it comes to difficult customers, vendors, and other reps. I have extensive knowledge in social media, outside sales, marketing, cold calling, planning, and insurance. I can not only create posts from scratch but I am constantly brainstorming fun, creative new ways to get clients more involved in the company.
