With over eight years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft solutions including Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and SharePoint, I bring a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem and a passion for building impactful business solutions. 

Throughout my career, I’ve led and contributed to a range of transformative projects. I have customized Power Apps portals for real estate and customer service solutions, configured and deployed case management systems for both internal and external users, and developed a document approval process that integrated SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. I’ve also helped a financial services institution implement an organizational change management solution using Power Platform solutions, and configured Dynamics 365 for Marketing to manage customer journeys and integrate communications. 

These experiences have strengthened my ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities while ensuring seamless solution delivery. I’ve consistently taken the lead in gathering business requirements, documenting test cases, training users, and ensuring a smooth user adoption process while collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet objectives. My approach emphasizes not just solution delivery but user empowerment and ongoing value.
