I’m a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience helping teams turn business needs into smart, practical solutions. My day-to-day involves talking to stakeholders to understand what they need, figuring out how to make it happen, and working with developers and testers to bring it all together. I make sure everyone’s on the same page and the end result actually solves the problem.

I use tools like SQL to dig into data and find useful insights, Power BI to turn that data into clear, easy-to-understand visuals, and Jira to keep track of tasks and progress. Whether it’s writing user stories, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting issues, I like being the go-to person who connects the dots.

A big part of my role is making processes smoother and more efficient. I’m always looking for ways to improve how things are done—whether that’s through automation, better documentation, or just helping teams communicate more clearly. I’ve written BRDs, FRDs, test cases, and more, always aiming to keep things simple but effective.

I enjoy working with different teams—tech, business, QA, you name it—and making sure everyone’s working toward the same goal. I ask a lot of questions, stay curious, and try to really understand both the big picture and the little details that matter.

One of my favorite parts of the job is problem-solving. I like digging into a messy process or unclear requirement and figuring out the best way forward. I also enjoy learning new tools and skills along the way—there’s always something new in this field, and I’m here for it.

Overall, I see myself as someone who helps bring clarity to complex situations and keeps things moving in the right direction. Whether it’s a quick fix or a long-term improvement, I like making sure the work I do actually makes a difference.
