I worked as a customer service representative (by phone and by chat) for a long time for many companies. I also worked for a few time as a web editor for a french company. Apart from customer service and web writing, I can also offer following services : web research, translation and data entry (in web application, in ERP like ODOO, in software, in database, ...) and chat support.

I have a more or less long experience in the use of following applications and systems : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, ), ODOO and Windows.

I am french native-speaking. But i also good in english (midlle level in speaking and good level in writing).
