I have been working since 2007. I used to work as an HR Assistant in an engineering firm and a small logistics company. I also have experience working as a secretary. However, a big chunk of my working experience was in the BPO industry, where I learned most of my skills in customer service, email and chat support, and some technical service. I believe these skills that I acquired for 10 years now has equipped me to work in a home-based-setting since those jobs had taught me a lot of work values and ethics. Right now, I am working as a home-based Helpdesk Officer in a real estate web developers company based in Australia. But I am still accepting more freelance jobs since working there still provides me some spare time to work on other projects. Through Helpdesk, I provide email and chat support and voiced customer service to these web developers’ clients.
