I have strong knowledge in 3rd Party Outbound Collections, back office work for mortgage loans and fund administration for syndicated loans . In my previous positions, I handled outbound calls to our delinquent Store Card Holders, explaining possible options and cash collections. I assisted our onshore partners with paperwork prior to Underwriting submission & decision. Lastly, I act fund administrator for an investment company- handled end to end process from Daily Trades & Settlement, E-mail Management, Cash & Position Reconciliation and Monthly Reports needed by our Client.
