Fastrack was a watch only brand till 2004 with an annual turnover of INR 30 cr since its creation in 1997-98. The brand was created
to fill the gap that was created post the breakdown of merger between Titan and Timex to cater to the youth market. With
stagnating growth and lack of clear product/price proposition, I was brought on board to lead the following new initiatives:

Reposition the brand as an accessories brand and not just a watch brand. Launched and managed 2 new categories
(sunglasses/helmets) as part of the core marketing team. Fastrack sunglasses achieved a turnover of INR 100 cr in a span
of 5 years and became the largest eye wear brand.

Creating an alternate revenue channel for the brand with the launch of an exclusive brand store format. Launched 150
exclusive brand stores and kiosks across the country within 3 years contributing to 25% of the overall turnover of the
brand.

Leading the early adoption of social media and digital marketing strategy for the brand. Led a team of digital
marketeers and agencies to help garner 10 million followers on Facebook by 2013.
