I initially started as an Admin Assistant for a construction firm before I entered the BPO industry. I usually prepare bid forms for our Engineers & ensure that their presentation is up to date for their project milestones.
I started by BPO journey with Time Shares and eventually entered the customer service operations. With collections, I have started my work experience in 2007 with basic collections until I started with skip tracing.
I also tried doing some English tutoring but not online.
