At my age I had enough experience in various field, I worked as a secretary,accountant,HR,Teacher, But my latest and the work i enjoyed most is when i work in a BPO as a customer Service Representative in a Telecommunication company for almost 5 years..And I learned many things, so right now those skills are my foundation for another job, I posses the skills of a good customer service representative,Like empathy,clear communication skills,product knowledge,problem solving skills,positive attitude and listening skills.
