Hi there! I'm the youngest in my family, and growing up in that role has taught me how to be adaptable, observant, and quick on my feet, skills that have served me well in both life and work. For nearly six years now, I’ve been working remotely as a Customer Service Representative, and during that time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to provide exceptional support while staying organized and productive in a virtual environment.

My experience has allowed me to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life, solve problems with empathy and efficiency, and manage multiple platforms and tools to ensure smooth operations. Whether it’s handling inquiries, resolving concerns, or simply making a customer feel heard and valued, I genuinely enjoy being the helping hand that makes a difference.

Recently, I embarked on a beautiful new chapter in my personal life, I became a mom to a healthy baby boy. This new role has added a deeper layer of purpose to everything I do. It’s strengthened my time management skills and given me even more motivation to build a stable, long-term career that allows me to grow professionally while also supporting my family.

My favorite color is green, it’s fresh, vibrant, and full of life, which is exactly how I try to approach each day. I believe in bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn into every opportunity. I’m a fast learner, tech-savvy, and genuinely care about doing my best, whether it's for a customer, a team, or a task at hand.

Right now, I’m eager and ready to land a long-term role where I can contribute, grow, and be part of something meaningful. I’m not just looking for a job, I’m looking for a team I can belong to, a mission I can support, and a place where I can make an impact while continuing to develop my skills.
