I have completed a CIPD Certification (Human Resources Certification - equivalent to SHRM) and hold a Masters in Non-Profit Management and Social Entrepreneurship and a bachelor’s in theology (Minor in Graphic Design).
I understand how to manage, train and coach employees, especially in induction processes, performance reviews, performance management, compliance, and dealing with employee issues or questions.
I have proven to be a progressive leader that can address and anticipate any human resources-related needs and has an astute ability to work with management to promote good employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and best practices in the field of Human Resources.
