I am a previous cold caller on a dental accountant .We are calling and encouraging clients who wants to avail our dental plan. We need to maintain our target of 4 transfer every hour and at least 1 sale per day. On my previous months on the company I got 11 Sale in just a week.

I also been in a call center for almost 2 years as a Customer service representative an outbound accnt on health care. A BPO COMPANY a work from home set up, we are the one whos updating the status of our clients and as a customer service for 3 months I've been promoted as a regular employee and that makes me realized that helping people is my passion.

I have successfully completed these responsibilities at my previous job. I had a strong sales record and successfully hit sales target every week and I know I'll use this past experience to be successful in the new role.
