Hi! My name is Heather Robinette and I’m a revenue operations leader with 8 years of sales and marketing experience tackling everything from creating and executing digital marketing strategies to building processes and tech stacks. I got my start in 2013 after graduating from Kansas State University with a BS in Business Administration where I majored in Marketing. I went on to work for several companies since then, but during that time, I also went to grad school and received my MBA.
In my career, I have worked in B2B and B2C and a variety of industries including tech, manufacturing, real estate, financial marketing, and education. In other words, I’m not afraid to learn something new. In the past 4 years, I have developed a passion for HubSpot and know the platform inside and out. Whether it is cleaning up the CRM, setting up email campaigns and workflows, or building processes, I’ve done it all. I have also received several HubSpot certifications and am always looking to learn something new.
I have several notable accomplishments. One accomplishment I am proud of is with my current freelance client in the financial marketing space, where I was able to create an online registration drip campaign in HubSpot for a monthly webinar and increase the number of sign-ups by over 500%. The second accomplishment is with my current role where I was able to build a BDR sales process using HubSpot in my first 4 weeks in the role, which has correlated into a 200% increase in opportunities in one region.
I have a passion for learning and am always looking for a new software or skill to learn. I continue to challenge myself personally and professionally and am always looking for new opportunities.
