I have two years experience in BPO industry 1yr&3months as a live chat support agent, we've assisted the customer regarding on their order, order cancellation status, payment and reimbursement. We've cater chat with four concurrency at a time with the main tool of salesforce. Escalating the issue to the relevant team for deep resolution. After my experience as a live chat support, I was appointed to be one of the escalation team. It was an email and outbound call with the main tool of salesforce. Assisting the customer by changing their personal data on the system, explaining their invoice, payment and deduction, also troubleshooting their device and request to change the device, retaining for termination and assisting for reactivation of account. I Am an orphaned, supporting myself alone. I am passionate in everything that I do and I love serving people.
