I am a trained Virtual Assistant and an experienced Customer Service Representative with 4 years and 8 months of expertise. I began my career handling a B2B account that offered free 30-day website advertising for small businesses. I later transitioned to Citibank (local account), where I offered Filipino cardholders additional medical insurance as a credit card feature. From there, I joined ICT Marketing Services under JP Morgan Chase, offering cardholders lower interest rates in exchange for a monthly subscription.
I was later moved to an inbound account where I became part of the escalation team, resolving complex client complaints with empathy and efficiency. I also worked as a Customer Expert at Teleperformance, assisting patients with their prescription drug coverage inquiries. Most recently, I served as a Customer Advocate in a real estate account, handling outbound, inbound, and SMS communications—qualifying clients before transferring them to agents for buying or selling properties.
