Oversee the company's Return and Exchange policies from 4 E-Commerce websites. Answer customers'

In charge of filling UPS claims for lost and damaged packages and placing reshipment using Shopify.
On top of the above tasks, I also help the company with testing and reporting new features from the
websites before they put them on live.
