I worked as a Technical Support for mobile phone as well as cross-trained to provide support for those who interested on purchasing one. I worked to one of the biggest and well known company not just for mobile phone but to other devices, like radio, computers etc. I am an experienced IT Help Desk as to one of the biggest cable/ internet provider in US. I do billing queries, payments, refunds and escalations. Knowledge on assisting customers to their concerns through live chat, over the phone, or via email. I do follow ups and call backs to some potential customers and also to those who needs technical attention on their devices. With proper tools that the company may provide I am able to assist and work with integrity to the company that will hire me. I do extra mile to have my customer as well as the company I am working on get satisfied on my performance. Quality work and commitment to the job is my main priority.
