Over the years, I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set through my experience as a telemarketer, virtual assistant, and customer service representative, all of which have strengthened my ability to engage with clients and contribute meaningfully to different roles.
As a telemarketer, I learned how to establish rapport quickly and make a strong impression during the first few seconds of a call. My main responsibilities included generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and clearly presenting the benefits of the products or services I was selling. I mastered handling objections with patience and professionalism, as well as the art of persuading potential customers in a way that felt natural rather than overly pushy.
