Hasan Robinson

I am looking to apply my skills in a company in which I can grow and learn. My customer service experience started in the automotive industry where I learned how to use my personality to keep customers feeling comfortable in stressful and/or unwanted situations.

From there I began to work in a SaaS environment and learned about problem solving and gained a stronger emphasis on troubleshooting. In this startup environment I got to play a bigger role within the company in which I was employed and learned about ownership in good and bad situations.

Most currently I held a very rewarding position as an enrollment advisor for an online college. This role taught me about helping people from many different backgrounds and walks of life to achieve a similar goal; becoming college students and getting on the path to graduate.

What has been enforced in all of these roles is valuing the perspective of the customer. Problems which may seem simple could be viewed as extremely complex in a customer's eyes. Also, what may not seem like an emergency to myself could be very dire to the person I am helping and as soon as I am able to realize and own that, I will be closer to solving the problem and strengthening the relationship at the same time
