With a background in sales, lead generation and customer support in various fields such as real estate, e-commerce, solar and debt recovery, I believe I have what it takes to transform customer service for my employer and offer effective solutions to a better customer approach.

• Consistently exceeded my targets and achieved a high appointment conversion rate. Thanks to my expertise in engaging prospects and understanding the unique needs of every customer, I was able to achieve excellent performance and meet the demands of both the prospects and my employer.
• Built effective relationships with my clients when responding to their inquiries thanks to my active listening, asking insightful questions and tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of every prospect. I understood the importance of building rapports with clients translating to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently understood and utilized various CRMs to streamline workflow and track progress optimizing customer service and improving sales. Some of these CRMs include: zendesk, dialers, hubspot, salesforce etc.
• Handled appointment scheduling by engaging with clients via call, scheduling their appointments and doing follow ups with them. Being a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, I was able to set appointments purposing to ensure convenience for the customer.
• Effectively managed customer records and recorded all agreements made between me and the prospect. This smoothened operations and made it easier to do follow ups on clients while also making it easier for future references.
