• setting up forms in Wordpress using Gravity Forms;
• DNS configuration using Cloudflare, WHM, cPanel;
• setting up of new domain and mailboxes via WHM;
• setup new cloud Linux server using different cloud hosting like AWS, Digital Ocean, Linode. Server management using Serverpilot;
• managing of mailboxes in Google for work and Office 365;
• installation and configuration of open source Linux application like SuiteCRM, Moodle, osTicket and others;
• provide technical and customer support over the phone, support ticketing system like osTicket, GrooveHQ and Zendesk, email and remote access like TeamViewer to address client's concern;
• project planning before execution;
• data entry such as updating of documents using Microsoft Excel, Word or Google Docs and Sheet;
• address data entry task quickly with my typing skills of 60 words per minute
