Though I come from a business-oriented family background, my true passion lies in technology and helping users solve technical problems. This drive led me to transition into IT, where I have spent the past several months working in a hybrid environment at Fortray Global Services Ltd. My work involves supporting end-users within the Windows and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, managing Active Directory and Azure AD, troubleshooting network and system issues, and ensuring endpoint security and compliance. I am proficient in tools such as SharePoint, Intune, and ITSM platforms like Jira and Atera.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend technical skills with strong communication and business understanding. I am comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users, ensuring that solutions are explained clearly and issues are resolved efficiently. My adaptability and eagerness to learn allow me to quickly pick up new technologies and tools.
