I am a goal oriented person, I have been working for the BPO business for over 3 years already, I have worked as a Retention agent, Customer service representative in a financial account, tech support agent and as a Fraud Risk Investigator at an international remitance company.

Thoughout my career in Customer Service i have developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills as well as customer service skills , I consider that I have the experience needed for any kind of position related to provide support remotely.
