Hello, my name is Hannie. To this day, I have worked as a customer service representative for nearly four years. I have experience providing support through email, chat, and phone calls. I possess a variety of product knowledge and skills while assisting clients; most recently, I worked as an English Intake Specialist for a BPO company. I assess personal injury claims for two law firms. I assess the cases based on the accident's circumstances and the length of treatment to decide whether to accept or reject them. After deciding that the case is suitable for enrollment, I fill out the client intake form, collect all relevant extra documents to support the case, and send it to our paralegal team. Before that, I worked as a Tier 3 customer support specialist for a green account that recycles electronic waste, and I am involved in their investigative team looking into potential fraudulent transactions. I provide a special resolution for very upset customers as a one-time exception to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained. I also provide chat and email support to clients who are working on improving their credit scores. In the past, I worked as a sales representative and provided technical support for a telecommunications account. In general, I am a highly disciplined and extremely detail-oriented person, with a constant eagerness to learn. I am highly adaptable to new situations, possessing excellent problem-solving abilities, and maintaining a strong sense of ambition.

Additionally, I never anticipated staying in this industry, but as time went on, I found a genuine passion for helping clients or customers. I take pride in the satisfaction of enrolling a client, fixing phone problems, boosting credit scores, and ultimately assisting them. I see myself continuing to assist customers in the future as I truly love providing genuine service.

Over the years, this job has supported our needs and allowed me to finance the education of my three younger siblings as well as meet our everyday costs. Overall, I truly find pleasure in helping people while also earning a salary.
