Hi, my name is Hannah. I have a work experience as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years. I handled a high volume of incoming calls from US customers; book new reservations; resolve customer issues; answer inquiries, and respond to customer requests. I also handled Telco Accounts such as Verizon and At&T. I also have an experience as a Sales Representative at Verizon Account who sells Internet, TV Services, and Landline. I also have experience as a Graphic Designer. I am the one who developed artwork and layouts for print for T-shirts, mugs, Eco-bags, mousepads, keychains and etc., using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I also have an experience as an Office Clerk position who can perform clerical office tasks; submit Dental and Maxicare cards and provide transmittal slips for regular employees; respond to telephone calls; operate office machines, and compute and file records.
