My first job, I was an IT Consultant. My duties were to install Microsoft Applications on user's workstation remotely and Inventory. Then after that, my second job was an Application Support Engineer. wherein I monitor our server and deployment using VSphere and I also·resolve production issues via adherence to the formal escalation process and procedures. Take ownership of each issue and collaborate with the team. Then, handle applications used by supported banks. My third job, I was a Product Support Engineer more on likely QA. We used design applications such as Figma and Sketch to do mock-ups for our clients and do Functional/Regression/Usability testing for both iOS and Android. And making reports and documentation. Lastly, I was an Operations Analyst wherein we used BluePrism as our tool for our automation. I monitor and test/check the progress using VSphere. Also, do automated deployments.
