Im associate graduate of Call Center Management at Bulacan Polytechnic College.Ive been in BPO industry for five years and six months handles different account but specialized customer service and sales.And aside from being employed I also have a food business,online we deliver milk tea and takoyaki (japanese inspired).We don't have physical store yet but I'm looking forward to it.I am really into customer service and I really love connecting to people and I believe that is one of my secret for being an effective and reliable customer service and I guess that helps me a lot for making a sales on my previous account.
