My mission is to strengthen companies by optimizing business processes, improving internal systems, and equipping teams for success. That’s why I work in project management and business development. I execute complex projects, create effective strategies, strive to be a positive influence, and lead through change. I began my career with AIESEC, the largest youth-run organization in the world, where I quickly discovered that people and projects are my passion. I gained invaluable experience in team development, strategic planning, training and coaching, and marketing and sales. More recently, I managed the development and launch of applications and web-based portals for clients of all sizes. My latest success was developing a marketing strategy that led to a rebound from a 20% loss in sales.

As a strategic planner, I am fearless in my commitment to seeking solutions and always prepared to go deeper. I excel in complex analysis and have the drive to execute a strategy on the ground level.

As a leader, I develop people and we deliver results. I give my team tools and support for their success. I build and lead strong, collaborative, global teams.

As a lifelong learner, I try new things. I invest in my own professional development and, through volunteering, cooking for loved ones, and traveling, I am always growing and evolving.
