Hello! I am Irma. I am a graduate of Computer Engineering from Adamson University. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 15 years now. I have an experience as a Technical Support Representative handling Dell computers, wherein it also involves sales for their products and services. I am a Senior Rec. Executive doing the end-to-end recruitment for agent and non-agent roles for US campaigns including US Mortgage. Prior to this role, I was an associate handling US telco account which also involves sales Afterwhich, I was promoted to become a Process Trainer for this telco campaign, handling new hires trainings and providing support to the operations. After almost 2 years of being part of Training and Development, I got the opportunity to transfer to HR-Recruitment and since 2012 to February 2021 I became part of this team as a Senior Recruitment Executive. I also had an experience being a cold caller/appointment setter in one of the US Real Estate campaigns too. Here, I need to call out the assigned leads and entice the homeowners to sell their properties. Reason for leaving is that my client got sick due to Covid and this really affected his business. I am currently working as a Recruiting Specialist in one of the construction companies based in Massachusetts. I am doing the sourcing using different job portals, Initial interviews, candidates’ endorsements to the owner for the final interview etc. With my sense of integrity, dedication to work, time management and multitasking skills, I know that I can excel in this role if given the chance.
