I have been with customer service industry for 5 years. My first job was a sales representative selling shopping club membership to all 50 states in the US and I worked as a customer service representative after doing pure outbound service. When I was a customer service representative I am dealing with a financial account, assisting customer if they have any disputes with their payments, loan processing and verification before approving customer application. I have had experienced with back office job, email processing, chat support and a quality call monitoring because we a rotational job assignment in my previous company and as a team lead it's our job to get familiarized with everything in the company. I am willing to do everything in order to satisfy my client and rest assured I can meet the deadline.
