My previous jobs allows me to handle 50+ customer interactions per day, giving detailed, personalized, friendly, and polite service to ensure customer retention. I am also good at memorizing all company's products and services to be able to answer all customers’ questions quickly and efficiently, and make relevant upsells.
Technical
I have experience in receiving source data such as customer's names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, and enter data into various customer service software.
Communication
Working with customer service enables me to remain cool during heated exchanges with irate customers and reach a peaceful resolution. Additionally, I will try to persuade customers to listen to sales pitches and consider making "up sells" purchases.
Sales
Working with sales allow me to tracked and analyzed all inbound leads and lead-sources resulting in increased transparency and capital flow.
Data Encoder
I have encoded and prepared miscellaneous reports for products using MS Excel.
