My personal passion lies is rooted in people development as a driving force to any occupation.

I am an ardent, skilled and experienced training facilitator, teacher and talent nurturer. I conduct needs analyses for my formalized learners/ audiences, then build training material taylor-made for their levels, learning modalities and expected outcomes.

My communication got refined over time to be efficient across all genres of people, industries and products. It is of great benefit that I studied and practice life-coaching as well, which helps me guide individuals to achieve - as expected and at personal growth.

With experience, I refined good skills at coping well under pressure, delivering as well on my own and as effectively in a team.

As a secondary commitment, I believe in raising the leader in each person, within their diverse abilities and potentials. In all that, I have good respect for organizations' structures, cultures, practices, parameters and leaders - with a good measure of initiative to add value to any course I get entrusted with.
