With over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, I specialized in training and development, focusing on product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Transitioning to remote work almost five years ago, I’ve embraced a full-time career supporting clients worldwide, including the USA, Australia, and the UK.

My expertise spans various roles, including generating leads, managing customer care and sales, bookkeeping, dispatch coordination, property acquisition, and serving as a Virtual Assistant (VA), General Assistant (GA), or Executive Assistant (EA). I bring in-depth knowledge of business management and administration, paired with proficiency in diverse tools and systems to meet client needs.
