With almost 15 years of working in the customer service industry, and for being assigned to different accounts and different natures of businesses, I know I meet the requirements needed for online customer support. I underwent different pieces of training for writing and speaking communicable English, learned foreign cultures and time zones, and developed skills in handling different customers. I am confident and capable to act to the responsibilities that will be handed over to me. I also excelled at my previous job and was promoted as an Escalation Lead Supervisor, and dealt with complaints and escalations which advanced my Customer Service skill.
