I have over eight years of customer service experience and two years of experience in order fulfillment. In my most recent role, I had the opportunity to step into a managers position to help run business, oversee team members, delegate tasks, and oversee all customer orders that came in. I can assist with your business' needs by serving the customers by being informed, helpful, personable and professional, and work closely with a team. 

In my experience I have built skills in and learned the importance of customers coming first, being patient, hospitable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also understand the importance of effective communication and respect within a team so that business runs smoothly. Lastly, I am always willing to learn more and take criticism to improve and gain more experience.
