 I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping businesses and teams run smoothly by offering reliable and organized support. I come from an Economics background, which gave me strong analytical and research skills, but over time, I’ve grown to wear many hats—from virtual assistant to customer service provider, and even UI/UX designer.

What I love about my work is how varied it is. I’m comfortable diving into data, managing schedules, handling emails, and keeping things on track so others can focus on what they do best. Being detail-oriented and organized is second nature to me, and I take pride in making sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

I’ve also embraced the virtual assistant role because it allows me to connect and support people remotely, which is a skill that’s become more important than ever. Whether it’s coordinating projects, managing communications, or providing excellent customer service, I’m always ready to step in and help keep things moving smoothly.

On top of that, I have a creative side that’s led me to UI/UX design. I enjoy designing simple and intuitive digital experiences that make life easier for users. It’s a great way to combine my analytical thinking with creativity, and it keeps me excited to learn and grow.
